An architectural consultation is the first step towards a thoughtful decision about your space, before you start building, demolishing or investing.

A consultation is a place for questions that do not yet have a clear answer. Together we look at what your space is, what it could become and what it actually needs.

You do not need to arrive with a fully formed brief. It is enough to know that something is not working or that it could work better.

What we can discuss

• How to organise the layout of an apartment or house more effectively.

• What possibilities exist for adapting a floor plan.

• How to work with an atypical space, attic or unusual layout.

• How to connect the interior with a balcony or loggia.

• How to decide on the placement of a kitchen, bathroom or storage.

• How to review your own proposal or floor plan.

• How to adapt a space to changes in life, working from home, family needs, or new ways of living.

How the consultation works

The consultation takes place online, from wherever you are working on your space.
An in-person meeting is possible by agreement.

After the first contact, I will send you a few proposed time slots and ask you to share any available materials, a floor plan, sketch or photographs. These allow me to prepare for the consultation and focus on what matters most to you from the beginning.

Once the time is confirmed, you will receive payment instructions.
The consultation is confirmed after payment is received.

90 minutes — 200 €

What you will take away

A consultation is not a finished design. It is a clear orientation in the situation, identified possibilities, concrete recommendations and an understanding of the next steps. During the meeting, simple sketches or diagrams may emerge, which you will receive by email after the consultation.
